This Privacy Policy applies to the Fictix website, dashboard, API, and related support services.

If your organization has a separate signed agreement with Fictix that includes privacy terms, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this policy.

Account and profile data: name, work email, organization, role, login credentials, and billing contact details.

Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser metadata, access logs, request metadata, and product telemetry used for reliability and abuse prevention.

Workspace data: simulation settings, scenario definitions, generated datasets, test results, and support materials you submit to us.

Payment data: billing events and subscription status from our payment processor. Fictix does not store full payment card numbers.

To provide and operate the service, including authentication, billing, simulation generation, API delivery, and support.

To secure the platform and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.

To improve product quality through analytics, debugging, feature development, and service reliability work.

To communicate with you about account activity, product updates, legal notices, and support requests.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where laws like GDPR apply, we process personal data under legal bases that include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where needed.

You may withdraw consent at any time for processing activities that rely on consent.

With service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting, logging, analytics, email, and billing) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

With integration providers and third-party tools when you choose to connect them.

With legal authorities or counterparties when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or export personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact privacy@fictix.dev.

Fictix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact privacy@fictix.dev and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product or by email where required.
